India's legendary and famous spin bowler Harbhajan Singh (Bhajji) announced his retirement from international cricket on Friday. Harbhajan Singh himself tweeted this information on verified twitter handle. Harbhajan Singh wrote that "all good and lovely things must come to an end," and that "this is the day when I bid farewell to the game that has given me everything possible in life." Harbhajan further said that I want to thank all those fans who made this long 23 years journey beautiful and memorable. Let us tell you that Bhajji made his debut in the year 1998.

India’s famous and brilliant bowler of Indian cricket team Harbhajan Singh made his debut in the year 1998 and now after completion of 23 years he has decided to say goodbye to cricket forever. He started his cricket journey at the age of just 17 and presently he has turned 41. Harbhajan Singh made his international debut against Australia in a Test match at Chennai in 1998.

Bhajji played 103 Tests, 236 ODIs and 28 T20 match

Harbhajan Singh, who scored the first hat-trick in Test cricket for India, was born on July 3, 1980 in Jalandhar. Harbhajan Singh played 236 ODIs, 103 Tests and 28 T20 matches for Indian cricket team. Bowler Harbhajan Singh has 417 Test wickets to his name, he has taken 269 wickets in ODIs. After famed cricketer Anil Kumble and R Ashwin, he is India's third highest Test wicket-taker. He has also taken 150 wickets for the Indian Premier League's Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, and Kolkata Knight Riders. Harbhajan is married to actress Geeta Basra and he is also the father of two children named Hinaya Heer Plaha & Jovan Veer Singh Plaha .
