Navjot Singh Siddhu Jailed for one Year!

Cricketer turned politician Navjot Singh Siddhu might be sentenced to a one-year jail in a 34 year old Road Rage case where Siddhu accidentally killed a person. The Supreme Court has allowed the review the petition filed by the victim's family. the matter took place in 1988. Siddhu, if convicted, would be facing a one-year jail term.

The Supreme Court of the nation while listening to the plea filed by the victim's family has declared Navjot Singh Siddhu a one-year jail. Ex Punjab Congress President would now be taken into custody by Punjab police as per the order. It must be noted here that Sidhu was earlier fined Rs1000 and was then let off. However, the court has now sentenced him a one-year imprisonment.
