Arvind Kejriwal will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the third time on Sunday. Many celebrities including Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited for the swearing-in ceremony, but social activist Anna Hazare is not yet invited. During his first term, Arvind Kejriwal invited Anna for the swearing-in ceremony. During that time Anna did not attend the oath ceremony citing health issues. According to sources, Kejriwal asked Anna to come on the phone but he did not respond. According to Anna's secretary, ' Anna is observing a 'Maun Vrat' since December 20 to protest against the inordinate delay in executing the culprits of the Nirbhaya case and will break only after they are hanged.'

When asked about the oath of Chief Minister for the third time, Anna said that this time no invitation has been received. When the secretary told Anna Hazare about Kejriwal's victory, he wrote 'theke ahe' (ok). When the secretary told him that the media wanted your response, he said that he would not comment. However, residents of Hazare's ancestral village Ralegan Siddhi on Tuesday burst firecrackers to celebrate Kejriwal's victory. The news of not being invited has become a topic of discussion among people.
