Arvind Kejriwal will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the third time on Sunday. Many celebrities including Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been invited for the swearing-in ceremony, but social activist Anna Hazare is not yet invited. According to Anna's secretary, ' Anna is observing a 'Maun Vrat' since December 20 to protest against the inordinate delay in executing the culprits of the Nirbhaya case and will break only after they are hanged.'
