India's top sprinters Hima Das and Mohammad Anas won a gold each in 300m races at the Athleticky Mitink Reiter occasion in the Czech Republic. This was Hima's 6th gold in 2019 in European races since a month ago.

While Hima Das won the gold in women's occasion yesterday, Mohammad Anas guaranteed the yellow metal in men's category today.

This was Hima's 6th gold in 2019 in European races since a month ago. Her keep going win was on July 20 when she secured a gold in her pet 400m occasion at Nove Mesto in the Czech Republic.

National record holder Mohammad Anas won the gold timing 32.41 seconds. India's Nirmal Tom secured a bronze award on a similar occasion by timing planning of 33.03 seconds.

Anas has officially equipped for 400m occasion for the World Championships to be held in Doha in September-October while Hima is yet to accomplish it.
