According to Jeremy Corbell, the footage was taken in 2019, however, it was subsequently made public. It is thought to have been taken from the Combat Information Center of the USS Omaha while cruising off the coast of San Diego.
This UFO Looks to be Capable of Moving in Both Air and Water
Despite the short duration of the video, the device looks to be capable of moving on both air and water. It appeared to be a highly sophisticated vehicle capable of traveling far faster than any other car or military vehicle previously known. This item is relatively tiny; radar imaging reveals a diameter of 2 meters for this ball-shaped object. It has a top speed of 254 kilometers per hour.
It was spotted from the submersible not long after this item emerged, but it had gone too far by then. There is currently no vehicle that can travel for an extended period in the air and then continue the voyage in the water.
