In the Bulli Bai app case, the police has also arrested a woman from Uttarakhand and both are being questioned. The woman arrested from Uttarakhand and Vishal Kumar know each other very well.

Earlier arrested main accused was handling three accounts

Main accused woman was handling three accounts

Mumbai Police said that the main accused woman was handling three accounts linked to the 'Bully Bai' app. On the other hand, co-accused Vishal Kumar had opened the account in the name of Khalsa supremacist. Also, he changed the names of other accounts to the same Sikh names and showed them to the fake Khalsa account holders on December 3.

Bulli Bai app came into limelight on the complaint of woman journalist

It is worth noting that in recent times, the Bulli Bai app came into the limelight when a woman journalist tweeted complaining about her. In her complaint, the woman journalist has written that I was shocked to learn this morning that a website called Bulli Bai has wrongly used pictures of women.

The woman had complained that this website should be shut down right now. The woman alleges that this was done to target several women journalists. In this regard, IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw told that the app has been blocked and further action is being taken. Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Shashi Tharoor have also condemned the incident by tweeting and called it an insult to women.

Over 100 women's pictures uploaded on Bulli Bai app

Images of more than 100 influential women were uploaded on the Bulli Bai app and their bid was made to humiliate them. Last year, a similar case came to the fore on Sully Deals. It is worth noting that the developer of both the disputed websites is the same, whose name is GitHub.
