Delhi High Court has issued an order in the case of megastar Amitabh Bachchan. In its interim order, the High Court has said that now the name, picture and voice of Amitabh Bachchan cannot be used without his permission.

A petition was filed on behalf of Amitabh Bachchan in the Delhi High Court alleging that several companies are using his name, voice and personality without his permission. And this incident has been happening for a long time.

Being a celebrity, Amitabh Bachchan does not want anyone to use his identity without permission.

In a petition filed in the High Court, megastar Amitabh Bachchan raised concerns, seeking protection of his name, image, voice and personality characteristics.

Renowned lawyer Harish Salve appeared on behalf of Amitabh in court and kept his side. The matter was heard in the court of Justice Navin Chawla.

What is the whole matter?

Many companies were misusing Amitabh Bachchan's name, voice and personality. Actor Amitabh Bachchan has said in his petition that the commercial industry should control those who are misusing his name.

A lottery advertisement is also running on social media in the name of Amitabh Bachchan, where his photo is displayed on the promotional banner.

Apart from this, the logo of KBC is also affixed to it. This banner has been created by someone to mislead people for which Amitabh filed a petition.

Even before this, Amitabh Bachchan, the megastar of the century, had expressed concern over the use of his voice at many places without permission.

Actually, Amitabh Bachchan is that personality of Hindi cinema, who is not less than any brand. In such a situation, without the permission of Big B, it will be considered illegal to use anything related to him i.e. name, picture, voice or other feature.
