Novak Djokovic's record of winning the Miami Open ATP title for the seventh time broke with Roberto Bautista, who lost to Agut on Tuesday. Agut, after losing the first set in the first set, made a spectacular comeback and made it to the quarter-final by winning 1-6, 7-5, 6-3.

Novak Djokovic is a Serbian professional tennis player who is currently ranked world No. 1 in men's singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals.

The Serb has now failed to make a quarter-final at any of the Masters 1000 tournaments since 2017 and admitted he would also need to rethink his schedule.

Djokovic started well and after 25 minutes he was 5-0 ahead. It was not easy to stop them for the Batista Agut of Spain. In the second set, due to rain, the game stopped for a while, and after that Agut came a great return.

Agut said, 'Definitely this victory has special meaning for me. I just tried to show offensive games. '

His next match will be with current champion John, who defeated 22nd ranked Kyle Edmond in the UK world by 7-6 (7/5), 7-6 (7/3).

However, Bautista Agut saved six out of seven break points and switched the momentum in his favour to take the match into a deciding set.

The Spaniard, who reached the Australian Open quarter-finals, then broke Djokovic to take a 4-2 lead before he converted his first match point to defeat the Serb and book a meeting with John Isner

Djokovic is the first Serbian player to be ranked No. 1 by the ATP and the first male player representing Serbia to win a Grand Slam singles title. He is a six-time ITF World Champion and a five-time ATP year-end No. 1 ranked player. Djokovic has won numerous awards, including 2012, 2015, 2016, and 2019 Laureus World Sports Award for Sportsman of the Year
