Samosa is considered a favorite breakfast for Indians. There is hardly anyone who does not like a samosa. You must have eaten normal potato samosas. But today we have brought for you special fusion samosa which is filled with chocolate and you can also eat it as a dessert.

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate 250 g
Cashew (roasted) 125 grams
Almond (roasted) 125 grams
Pistachio (roasted) 50 grams
Sugar 500 grams
Oil as needed
Water as required
Flour 500 grams
Cardamom 5 grams
Ghee three quarters cup
How to make Chocolate Samosa:
Step 1:
Take a large bowl and add refined flour, desi ghee and ground cardamom powder and mix it well. Once the crumble is textured, add water as required and knead the soft dough.
Step 2:
Now microwave the chocolate to make the samosa filling so that it melts and then add roasted dry fruits. Meanwhile, place a pan on medium heat and heat 2 cups of water in it. Add sugar and heat it till the sugar melts. Sugar syrup should be thick.
Step 3:
Now take a little flour from the dough and shape it into a small roti. Add 2 teaspoons of chocolate filling to it and shape the samosas by sealing it well. Prepare all the samosas in this way.
Step 4:
Now place a pan on medium heat, heat the oil and fry the samosas till they turn golden in color. When the samosas are fried, take them out on a tissue paper to remove excess oil. Dip the samosas in hot sugar syrup. Remove from the syrup and serve hot.
