Try Delicious Strawberry Cupcake Recipe at Home

Strawberry Cupcake is mouth-watering, a tasty continental recipe, which you can make for your family and friends during lockdown. At home, you can make this cupcake without much effort with the help of readily available ingredients.

Ingredients:

200 grams maida

2 tsp Baking Powder

1 pinch of salt

50 grams melting butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/4 cup strawberry puree

100 grams milk powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tablespoon milk

100 grams of fine sugar

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

For frosting:

100 gm butter

4 drops vanilla essence

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

300 grams of fine sugar

For decoration:

10 strawberry

How to make strawberry cupcake recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this delicious cupcake at home, first take a big bowl and sieve together maida, baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and salt.

 Step 2:

Now mix butter, fine sugar, vanilla essence, strawberry puree and jam together with milk in this mixture. Meanwhile pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and put cupcake cups in the structures.

 Step 3:

Now pour this batter into these cups and cook them for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. When they are fully baked, cool them on the rack for at least 2 hours before frosting.

 Step 4:

Now after this prepare the frosting. For this, add fine sugar with melting butter, vanilla essence, strawberry jam in a big bowl and whisk all these ingredients well. Toss this mixture until the icing becomes smooth and fluffy. Keep this frosting separate. Now put this frosting in a cupcake with a spoon and garnish with strawberry before serving.
