Rasgulla, known as 'king of Indian sweets', is a famous traditional Bengali dessert, which is made from paneer. All festivals and special occasions are incomplete without sweets. It is liked by people of all ages. You can easily make this dessert recipe at your home instantly.

Ingredients:

800 grams Paneer

400 grams sugar

1 tsp rose water

500 ml water

2 tsp flour

½ tsp green cardamom powder

How to make rasgulla recipe:

 Step 1:

First, to make this famous dessert recipe, add paneer, flour and cardamom powder in a bowl. Knead all these ingredients together. This dough should be soft to make a soft rasgulla. To make it more tasty, add cardamom powder to it while kneading the dough.

 Step 2:

Now, make small balls from this dough. Make sure that the balls are soft and do not have cracks. To make these balls, take a little refined oil in your hand, this will make the balls easily. Boil water in a pan, add sugar and make sugar syrup. Reduce the heat so that the syrup temperature decreases slightly.

 Step 3:

Now slowly pour the balls one by one in the sugar syrup and cook inside for 5-10 minutes. When it ripens, remove it from the heat and keep it to cool. Finally, add rose water to it, mix well and serve.
