Try Delicious Paneer Biryani Recipe at Home

You can easily make Paneer Biryani whenever you want. It tastes excellent and is easily liked by all. You can also make it easily in your daily meals.

 Total Time: 45 minutes

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients:

250 gram Paneer

2 cups basmati rice

1/2 cup coriander leaves

2 onions

1 garlic

1 bay leaf

4 dry red chillies

2 cloves

2 cardamoms

1 piece ginger

1 piece cinnamon

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

2 tsp butter

1 tsp coriander

Salt to taste

How to make Paneer Biryani Recipe:

  1. To make Paneer Biryani, first clean and wash the rice thoroughly. Now put them in a vessel and soak them in water for some time.
  2. Now add cumin, ginger, garlic, coriander, cardamom, long, dry red chilli, lentil sugar, etc. into the mix and grind it well. Take the onion and chop it finely.
  3. After doing this, take a pan, put butter in it, put it on the gas, put pieces of Paneer in it and fry them. When the paneer pieces turn light brown in color, add chopped onions and fry them on low heat.
  4. Now take a cooker, add butter to it and add bay leaves to it. Now put all the ground mixture into it and fry it well. After roasting for 4-5 minutes, add Paneer pieces, roasted onions, salt and rice to this mixture and mix.
  5. After mixing all the ingredients, add 4 cups of water and leave it on the gas for cooking. Your rice will be cooked in 5-6 minutes. Turn off the gas. Remove the biryani from the plate and put coriander leaves on top of it. Your delicious and wonderful paneer biryani is ready.
