Ingredients:

2 onions

4 boiled eggs

1 green onion leaf

2 green chilies

3 coriander leaves

4 teaspoons red chili powder

Half a teaspoon ginger paste

Half a teaspoon garlic paste

Half a cup of rice flour

Half a cup of cornflour

Half a teaspoon of soy sauce

Refined oil as required

Salt flavored

The method of ​​making Egg Manchurian:

 Step 1:

First, wash and chop the onion, green chilies and green onion leaves.

Step 2:

After this, mix the cornflour and rice flour in one bowl, add salt and water according to need and make a batter.

 Step 3:

now, coat the batter on top of the egg.

 Step 4:

After this, place the pan on medium flame and add refined oil to it. Once the oil is hot, fry the eggs one by one and take them out.

 Step 5:

Now put garlic and ginger paste in the same pan. After this, add red chili to it as per taste. Let it fry for a while. After that add soy sauce and salt to taste. After this, add water to the remaining corn flour and make its gravy.

 Step 6:

Now put the gravy prepared with cornflour in the pan and stir it well. Then put fried eggs in it too. Allow it to cook for a while after covering it. The dish will be ready in a few minutes. Now garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
