Samosa is a snack that is loved by almost everyone. Normally potato samosa tastes best, but today we will tell you the recipe for paneer samosa. You can serve it with chutney, sauce and tea.

Ingredients:
250 grams finely grated Paneer
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
2 finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
50 gm butter
2 pinch salt
2 cups sunflower oil
How to make Paneer Samosa:
Step 1:
Combine all-purpose flour, butter and salt in a vessel and knead it.
Step 2:
After kneading the dough, cover it with a fine cloth.
Step 3:
Add some oil to the pan and add cumin seeds.
Step 4:
Add green chili, onion and mix.
Step 5:
Add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt and cottage cheese. Mix it well.
Step 6:
Now make small balls and roll them like a poori and cut from the center.
Step 7:
First, take half a piece and put cheese stuffing inside it and cover it in a triangular shape. Paste the corners with a little water.
Step 8:
After preparing some samosas, put 2 cups of sunflower oil in the pan and heat it.
Step 9:
Deep fry the samosas. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
