This fruit soup is very fun and easy to make. You can prepare it in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients :
6 cups of watermelon
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp peppermint
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
Olive oil (to cook)
How to make spicy watermelon soup:
1. Fry the chili flakes and ginger garlic paste in a little oil. Keep it aside to cool.
2. Make puree by adding watermelon and mint in a blender. Pour this puree in a pan with ginger garlic paste and cook it on low heat until thickened. Mix it well and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
3. You can add ice to it if you want, pour some olive oil over it and garnish with a sprig of mint. This soup is great for drinking on the day it is made.
