Simple Exercise to Cure Back Pain

Back pain has become common due to our bad lifestyle. As soon as the muscles get tired, they start to twitch, causing severe pain towards the shoulder and neck. Many times this pain is cured within a few hours but sometimes remains for a long time. You can get rid of such pain through this simple exercise.

Standing Stretch
1. Standing next to the wall keeping your feet parallel.

2. Keep the fingers of one hand on the wall as high as the shoulder. Make sure that the arm is fully stretched. Place your other hand on one side of the hip.

3. Now move your fingers in such a way that you make a bowl shape with fingers. Now keep in mind that only the knuckles of your fingers touch the wall.

3. Rotate your arm slightly outward so that your thumb signals towards the ceiling.

4. Keep the shoulders on the direction of the arm and while breathing, raise the chest by rotating the collar bone backwards.

5. Now twist the upper part of the body, twisting from the waist. Stretch your hands and fingers as if the wall is moving away from you.

Benefit of this exercise

This stretch can reduce the level of tightness in the hands, shoulders and chest. Its practice can easily relieve the pain of shoulders, back and neck i.e. upper back.
