Ramadan Special: Try Sheer Khurma Recipe

Sheer khurma is very easy to make, you can eat it during evening iftar or sehari on the occasion of Ramadan. It can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour to make. Today we will tell you the method of making this Sheer Khurma.

Ingredients:

Vermicelli – 200 grams

Milk – 2 liters

Sugar – 2 cups

Saffron – half teaspoon

Green cardamom – 5-6

Ghee – Four spoons

How to make Sheer Khurma:

1. First of all take a non-stick pan or pan, heat ghee in it.

2. When the ghee becomes hot, fry the vermicelli in it for 7-8 minutes.

3. Turn off the gas when the vegetables turn light brown.

4. Now take milk in a pan, add cardamom and saffron and boil milk.

5. Then add sugar to it.

6. After this, you add some dry fruits and dry fruits to this milk and cook for 5-6 minutes.

7. Put it in a bowl and garnish with almonds, pistachios and cashews. Sheer Kaki is ready to eat.
