Rajasthan Government to Conduct Digital Health Survey in the State

Rajasthan's Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced to conduct digital health survey of about seven crore people of the state. In this survey, the health data of each person will be prepared. Asha Sahyogini, Anganwadi workers and nursing staff will go door-to-door to collect health records of each family member. In this, the name of the person, age, if there is any disease, then what is the condition of their treatment, which doctor is being treated and what is the name of the medicine they are taking. After collecting data from across the state, it will be made online.

In the initial phase, the work of Digital Health Survey has been started as a pilot project at Govindgarh in Jaipur district and Srimadhopur in Sikar. After the success of the pilot project, it has been decided to implement it in the entire state from April 1. On one side, while the medical department will take pictures of people's health online, on the other hand, monitoring of various schemes being run by the central and state government will also be started with the centralized system. For this, a monitoring cell is being made at the state level.

Rajasthan Government is planning to prepare a new Parole Act to deal strictly with criminals. The new act will be passed in the upcoming session of the assembly. The officials of the Home Department along with the legal experts and police officers have prepared a draft Parole Act. In the new Parole Act, many important provisions are being made to curb the criminals. Under this, if a prisoner is found with a mobile phone in prison, then it will be considered as a cognizable offense and trial will run against them in the District and Sessions Court.
