How to make Paneer Pakoda Recipe:
Image credit: Veg Recipes of India- To make Paneer Pakora, first take a gram flour. Now add gram flour in a bowl, add water, turmeric, salt, chilli, parsley to the gram flour and mix it well.
- Beat this mixture well so that no lumps remain. Now take the paneer and cut it into cubes.
- After doing so, put oil in a pan and heat it. Dip the paneer pieces in the gram flour mixture and pour in the hot oil. Only add 4-5 pieces at a time.
- Fry these paneer pieces until lightly crisp and brown. Now put napkin in a plate and take out the fried pieces in it.
- Fry the pakoras from the entire batter and take them out in the plate. In a short time your delicious and wonderful paneer pakoras are ready, sprinkle garam masala on top and serve it with sauce or chutney.
