The delicious taste of mutton fry makes everyone very happy. A lot of mixture and ingredients are added to the mutton fry which makes it wonderful and also favorite of all.
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Now take a bowl, add garam masala, lemon juice, red chilli, turmeric, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, egg, cornflour etc. and make a batter. Add the cleaned mutton pieces to this batter. Now mix well.
- When the entire batter is ready, keep it in the bowl for some time.
- Now take the pan and heat oil in it. Take out the bread crumbs in a plate, now put the pieces of mutton from the mixture and wrap it in the bread crumbs and put it in a hot oil pan.
- Now fry these pieces one by one. Keep in mind that the heat is slow or there is a fear of burning. Take out all the pieces in the same way and place them in a plate, and your delicious mutton fry is ready.
