Mushroom and Pepper Chili: Try this Restaurant-Style Recipe at Home

This is a great recipe that can impress your guests. It is made with mushrooms, kidney beans, and chilies. It is very easy to make.

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

1 bay leaves

1 onion

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 cup Mushroom

1 cup bell peppers

1 cup black beans

1 cup kidney beans

1 1/2 tbsp cumin powder

1 tbsp red chilli powder

A little coriander

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup tomato puree

Oregano

tomatoes

Salt and pepper as per taste

1 1/2 cups tomato juice

2 green chillies

How to make Mushroom and Pepper Chili:

1. Heat olive oil. Add bay leaf and onion to it.

2. Mix it well. Add garlic and mushrooms to it.

3. Cover it and cook the mushrooms for a while. Add kidney beans, black beans and bell peppers to it and mix it well.

4. Then add cumin, red chili powder, origano and thyme leaves. Now add tomato puree, tomatoes and fresh tomato juice.

5. Garnish by adding green chili and green coriander and serve.
