Milk Poha: Try this Healthy and Delicious Recipe Today

Milk Poha is very tasty and wonderful dish. It tastes exactly like kheer. Everyone like this dish very much and eat it with great fervor.

 Total Time: 30 minutes

Servings:  4 people

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Poha

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1 tsp cashew nuts

• 1 tsp raisins

• 1 tsp pistachios

• 4 cardamom

How to make Milk Poha Recipe:

1. To make milk poha, first take the milk in a vessel and place it on the gas for heating. After some time, when the milk boils, add poha and cook it on low heat.

2. Stir the milk and poha continuously with the help of a spatula so that they do not burn from the bottom. Cook this mixture for 2-3 minutes.

3. Now this mixture will start to thicken, add all the chopped nuts and mix it. After doing so add sugar to it and cook for a while.

4. Stir continuously the mixture all through. Soon, your milk poha is ready. Take it out in a bowl and put pieces of nuts on top and decorate it.
