Milk Cake: Try this Dessert Recipe at Home

Milk Cake is a classic Indian dish, which is made by mixing milk and sugar. This desert recipe is made on festivals and special occasions like Diwali, Holi, Teej etc. This delicious recipe can be made in a few minutes. If you are a lover of sweets then you must try this dish. Milk Cake is a creamy Indian sweet dish that you can serve with kachoris, pakoras and samosas. If guests come to your house suddenly, then you can definitely try this recipe.

Ingredients:

1 liter milk

¼ tsp green cardamom powder

2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

3 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp melted butter

½ cup sugar

 Step 1:

To make this recipe, first heat milk in a deep saucepan and heat it until two-thirds of it remains.

 Step 2:

After this add lemon juice and mix it well, then remove the excess water. Now put this chena in a pan, heat it on medium flame and add sugar. Stir for a while so that the sugar melts.

 Step 3:

Add butter to it and stir slowly so that it does not stick in the pan. When the mixture starts to thicken, add some cardamom powder and pistachios. Grease the tray and spread the mixture evenly over the entire plate and leave it to cool. After cooling, cut it into desired shape, keep it in airtight container and eat it as you like. Milk cakes can be stored for up to 7 days. You can enjoy it with samosas, pakoras and kachoris.
