Milk Cake: Try this Delicious Dessert Recipe

You can make this delicious milk cake whenever you want. Most people make it on festivals, but you can easily make it whenever you want.

 Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

 Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

2-liter milk

1/2 tsp ghee

250-gram sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 lemon

How to make Milk Cake Recipe:

  1. To make milk cake, first take a pan and put milk in it and keep it on the gas. Now cook the milk. Keep in mind, keep stirring continuously with a spoon or else your milk will burn.
  2. Cooked the milk on low heat. When the milk comes to a boil, slow down the gas and cook for a while and when your milk remains a little, then add lemon juice to it, it will make your milk granular.
  3. Now cook the milk again for a while. While cooking milk on gas, add sugar to it and continue to cook.
  4. Now the color of your milk will start to become light brown. Now, add cardamom to this mixture and mix it. Your mixture is ready. Turn off the gas.
  5. After doing this, take a frying pan and grease it with some ghee. Now add the milk mixture and keep it to freeze. Cut the milk cake pieces with the help of a knife. Your delicious and wonderful milk cake is ready.
