Mexican French Fries Recipe: Try this Simple and Delicious Recipe at Home

French fries is a snack that not only the children but the elders also enjoy it. Today, we are going to tell you the Mexican French Fries recipe, which will give you a great taste.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups frozen french fries or two potatoes cut into french fries shape

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 tsp chopped garlic

1/4 finely chopped capsicum

1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes

Two Tablespoon Tomato Sauce

4 cheese slices

5 tablespoons milk

1/4 Chili Flakes

1/4 oregano

Oil for deep fry

salt to taste

freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Mexican French Fries:

 Step 1:

First, put oil in a pan. If it is well heated then reduce the flame and add french fries to it. Fry them till they turn golden brown. Put double tissue paper on the plate and take out the fries on it.

 Step 2:

To make salsa, place the pan on the gas to heat and add two tsp of oil to it. When this oil is hot, add onion and garlic and let it cook for a minute. Stir it continuously so that it does not burn.

 Step 3:

Add the capsicum to the pan and let it cook for a minute. After this, add tomatoes, chili flakes, sauce, salt and let it cook for two minutes and then take out the pan from the gas.

 Step 4:

To make the cheese sauce for the fries, add 5 tablespoons milk, four cheese slices and a pinch of salt to the pan. Let it cook for one to two minutes. Mix the mixture in between so that it does not burn.

 Step 5:

Now remove the fries in a plate, add cheese sauce and salsa to it. Add chili flakes and oregano over it and serve.
