Mango Saffron Kulfi: Try this Amazing Dessert Recipe

The month of Ramadan is considered very pious in the religion of Islam. In this month, followers of Islam keep Roza. Roza starts off with Sahari and breaks the fast with Iftar. At Iftar, the whole family is seated and dined with friends. In such a situation, if you want to make different, then try Mango Saffron Kulfi.

Ingredients of Mango Saffron Kulfi:

Half a kilo of milk

1 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cream

A little saffron

One and a half cup Mango Pulp

Mold for making ice cream

Dry foods

How to make Mango Saffron Kulfi:

1. First of all, add milk to the pan and boil it.

2. Put a little milk and saffron in a bowl on the other side.

3. Allow milk to cook on low heat. Now add cream and mango pulp sugar as well as saffron milk.

4. When the milk becomes very thick, turn off the gas and let it cool.

5. After cooling, add dry foods like pistachios. Now put it in the mold of Kulfi.

6. After this, keep it in the freeze for at least 2 hours.

7. Serve cold-cold ice cream after 2 hours.
