Lockdown 4 Live Updates: Lockdown 4.0 Guidelines may Come in a while, Exemptions are Expected in Many Things

With the arrival of 213 new cases of Covid-19 infection in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, the number of cases of this infection has increased to 4353 in the state. Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad said, "So far 4353 cases of corona infection have been reported from 75 districts of the state. The number of patients with active infection of corona in 180 districts of the state is 1805. He said, '213 cases are new. So far, 2444 patients have been completely healthy while 104 people have lost their lives due to corona infection. He told that there are 56, 019 isolates and 26, 419 quarantine beds in the entire state. The number of ventilator beds is 1260. 10, 201 people have been kept in isolation throughout the state. The number of testing labs in the state is 27.

Lockdown 4.0 guidelines may come in a while. Exemptions are being expected in many things. Punjab, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu have extended the lockdown till 31 May. The lockdown was first announced from 25 March to 14 April. Later it was increased from 15 April to 3 May. It was also increased from May 4 to May 17.

So far, around 2500 prisoners have been released from Gujarat jails after the corona virus spread. This information was given by a senior officer on Sunday. He said that the prisoners have been released on parole, interim bail and recess so as to reduce congestion in the jails and prevent the spread of corona virus among the inmates. Additional Director General of Police (Jail) K.K. L. N. Rao said that there were about 14,000 prisoners in various jails of the state. "We have released around 2500 prisoners as per the Supreme Court guidelines and recommendations of the High Level Committee," he said.

Guidelines can come on Lockdown 4.0 till 4 pm today. According to sources, in Lockdown 4.0, except for schools and restaurants, most things can be discounted. All central government offices can be opened completely.
