1. First of all, wash the rice and urad dal separately with water. Now you have to grind it in a mixer. Do not grind these two together. First, put the rice in the mixer jar. Now add some water to it. Do not add too much water while grinding rice. Grind rice only after adding some water. Grind the rice a little thicker. As soon as it is crushed, take it out in a big pot. Now put the urad dal in a jar of mixer. Add 5-6 fenugreek seeds to it. Now grind the dal like rice. Grind the lentils too thick. When the dal is crushed, put it in the same pot in which you have put ground rice.

2. Add two to three teaspoons of semolina and curd about 4 to 5 teaspoons to this paste and mix it well. After this, beat this paste well. Beat the paste until it becomes smooth. Keep this paste for about 5 minutes.

3. To make the dosa, the paste is ready. If there is a non stick griddle in the house, take it or if it is a simple griddle, take it. Use refined to make dosa. Put the first few drops of refined on the pan and spread it on the whole pan. After that add some water splatter. After this wipe the pan with a clean cloth.

4. After this, take a deep brush with which you have to make dosa. Without losing time, spread the paste slowly with the help of a spoon. While stretching, move the hand slowly. Start spreading the dosa from the middle of the pan. This is so that the dosa becomes thin. After spreading the paste on the pan, put a little refined around the dosa. Keep in mind that while cooking the dosa, the heat should be slow. You will notice that the dosa will gradually start to brown. Now fold it from the side. The dosa is ready. Now serve it on a plate.
