Stress can be the enemy of your sleep. Do meditation to deal with the stress. Meditation refreshes the whole body and it also helps in relieving stress.

Make Good Sleeping Habits

It is said that if you sleep well then, your whole day goes well. You feel active whole day and you remain happy. If your sleep is not complete, then you feel irritable the whole day.

If you want to sleep well at night, then TV, mobile and laptop should not be used before sleeping.

Regular intake of nutritious food helps in maintaining good energy levels in your body. Your diet should have a good balance of proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates.
