Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe: Try this Simple Recipe at Home

There is no doubt that mayonnaise is one of the most preferred ingredients used in American cuisine or continental cuisine. This simple recipe will be easily prepared from the ingredients available in your kitchen. Your kids will surely like to eat this homemade mayonnaise with their favorite sandwiches, burgers and salads.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 tablespoons lemon juice

½ cup vegetable oil

2 handful black pepper

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp  mustard sauce

4 pinch of salt

2 tsp vinegar

How to make homemade mayonnaise recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this delicious mayonnaise recipe, add egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard sauce and half a teaspoon salt in a glass bowl. After mixing all these ingredients, whisk until its color turns light yellow. This process may take 30–40 seconds.

 Step 2:

Then after stirring continuously, add a few drops of oil to the egg yolk. Do this 3-4 times. Gradually pour the remaining oil in a little by little. Keep in mind that you keep whisking the mixture together. Do this until the texture is slightly thick. When its color starts to lighten, pour it into a serving bowl and cover it. Keep it in the fridge for a while.
