Egg and Potato Cutlet: Try this Fusion Recipe at Home

Potatoes and Rusk Biscuits are used along with eggs to make this delicious and healthy dish. If you like to eat snack with tea, then this is a perfect recipe. Apart from this, you can make this recipe during picnic and kitty parties too. You must also try this easy-to-make egg recipe.

Ingredients of egg and potato cutlet:

Boiled eggs 4

Boiled Potatoes 250 grams (peeled)

Rusk Biscuit 5 (Powdered)

Red chili powder 1 teaspoon

Finely chopped onion 1

Refund Oil 1 Cup

For marination:

Whipped Egg 1

To garnish:

Coriander leaves

How to make egg and potato cutlets:

 Step 1:

First of all, take boiled potatoes, onions, red chili powder, salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix them well.

 Step 2:

Now add boiled eggs and mix well again. Now make small balls with this mixture and thin them a little and give the shape of tikki. Dip the prepared tikkis in the beaten eggs and roll them in rusk powder.

 Step 3:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared tikkis till they turn golden brown.

 Step 4:

The cutlet is ready. Serve hot by garnishing it with coriander leaves.
