But you can save yourself from these disease just by adopting a balance lifestyle. Good diet also plays important part in fighting against these diseases. Today we are going to tell you about the diet, which will keep your heart healthy.

Dry fruits-nuts
Rich in Fibers and good fats, keep your heart safe. Include a handful of nuts such as walnuts in your diet and keep your heart healthy.

Fruits
The benefits of fruits cannot be denied. You can keep your heart healthy by eating fruits rich in beta-carotene, potassium and fiber such as papaya and oranges.

Green vegetables
Spinach, broccoli and asparagus are also rich in beta carotene, folate and fiber. Including green vegetables in your diet daily is also a good way to keep the heart healthy.

Flaxseed
Flaxseed, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, also contains fiber, phytestrogens, which is beneficial for your heart health. You can roast or grind it.

Whole Grains
Whole grains do not contain gluten and are rich in fiber. By including these in daily diet, blood circulation can be improved and heart can be kept healthy.

Apart from this, by quiting smoking and alcohol, you can protect the health of heart and mind.
