Oreo cake is so easy to prepare. People who like chocolate will also like this cake. You can make this dessert recipe on birthday, anniversary or on those occasions.

Ingredients:

Oreo Biscuits – 12

Baking Powder ½ teaspoon

Powdered sugar 1 teaspoon

Oreo cake making method:

 Step 1:

Grind the oreo biscuits into a blender and make a fine powder. Now add milk, sugar, baking powder and mix well. Its consistency should not be like a paste but it should be slightly thinner.

 Step 2:

Now grease a baking tray with ghee or butter. Pour the prepared mixture into the pot and microwave it on high temperature for 4 to 5 minutes. To check if the cake is ready or not, put knifepoint in the center of the cake.

 Step 3:

Carefully de-mold the cake, place it on a plate and serve with chocolate sauce, cream or finely chopped dryfruits of your choice.
