Caramel Custard is a traditional French Dessert in which creamy caramel is served over silky custard. The special thing about this delicious dessert is that it uses only 4 ingredients that are easily available in your home. This easy recipe is very favorite dessert recipe of children. At the same time, you can also prepare it for special occasions like kitty parties, family get-together.

Ingredients:

2 cups milk

3 eggs

2 1/2 cups water

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

3/4 cup sugar

How to make Carmel Custard Recipe:

 Step 1:

Take a quarter cup of sugar in a thick bottom pan and add a few drops of water, cook until the sugar starts to caramelize. Then take out the caramel into a deep bowl or mold to cool.

 Step 2:

Then heat the milk in another bowl and add 2 1/2 cups of water to it. After this, break the eggs in a bowl and add half a cup of sugar, vanilla essence and mix well until the mixture starts to lighten.

Step 3:

Then add some warm milk into the mixture and mix well. Then mix the egg mixture and milk in the caramel mold. After this, cover this bowl with aluminum foil and steam it in the cooker for 25 to 30 minutes without a whistle.

 Step 4:

Finally, serve it in the dish.
