Coronavirus Infection has been Confirmed in 131 people in 12 hours

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that coronavirus infection has been confirmed in 131 people in the last 12 hours. After this, the total number of coronavirus cases in India increased to 1965 on Thursday. At present, there are 1764 active cases of coronavirus in the country and 50 people have died due to infection.

The number of coronavirus infected cases has reached 152 in the national capital. Of this, 6 people have been discharged after recovery, while two people have died. Rajasthan has 108 patients, Uttar Pradesh 113 patients and Karnataka 110 cases among the states with 100 cases of coronavirus in the country. 9 people infected with the corona virus have been detected in Chandigarh, while 62 cases have been confirmed in Jammu and Kashmir and 13 in Ladakh. One case each has been confirmed from Mizoram, Manipur, and Assam in the Northeast.

The Union Home Ministry has written a letter to all the states and union territories directing them to take effective steps to deal with fake news about coronavirus. Home Ministry Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla told the Supreme Court that states and union territories have been informed that the central government is creating a web-portal to deal with such reports.

The highest cases of coronavirus in India have been reported from Maharashtra, Kerala and Telangana. 335 cases were reported in Maharashtra, in which 13 people died. There are 265 infected patients in Kerala and 2 people have died. At the same time, there are 234 cases of Coronavirus in Tamil Nadu and 1 has died.
