Baked Potato Recipe Ingredients:

8 cups potatoes

1 white onion

1 tsp salt

Ground black pepper as needed

2 capsicum

2 tsp garlic powder

4 Tablespoon Virgin Virgin Olive Oil

For Garnish:

1 handful coriander leaves

How to Make Baked Potato Recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this recipe, first heat the oven at 218 degrees. In a large baking tray, mix chopped potatoes, chopped paprika, and finely chopped onions together. Sprinkle a little olive oil, garlic powder, ground black pepper and salt over this mixture of vegetables. You can also add other vegetables of your choice.

 Step 2:

After this, Cook until golden and tender, about 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to cook evenly. Serve hot by garnishing coriander leaves. You can make it more delicious by adding cheese to this classic recipe.
