Apple Jam: Try this Healthy Recipe for Kids

Apple jam is very popular and delicious. Children like it very much and everyone likes its taste. It is better to make it yourself and enjoy its great taste.

 Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

1 kg Apple

100 gram water

800 grams of sugar

4 small cardamom

How to make Apple Jam Recipe:

  1. To make apple jam, first take the apple and wash it and clean it thoroughly. Now peel the apple with the help of a knife. Now cut the apple, separate its pulp and remove the seeds.
  2. Now take a vessel and put it on the gas, put apple pulp and water in it and keep it for boiling.
  3. Let the apple pieces soften for at least 10 minutes. After the apple pieces become soft, mash the pieces with the help of a spatula.
  4. After doing so, add sugar to the mashed pieces and stir with the help of spoon. Mix the sugar well. Now leave the jam on the gas to cook.
  5. Now grind small cardamom and add it. In a while your jam will be ready. Wait for it to cool down and fill it in the jar and use it as per your wish. Your delicious and wonderful apple jam is ready.
