Schools and Colleges to Remain Closed in these States, Keep Your Self Updated

Corona and Omicron cases are rapidly increasing across the country. Many states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Punjab, have announced the closure of schools and other educational institutions due to an increase in coronavirus cases. Schools in the capital Delhi have been closed due to the declaration of a winter holiday beginning January 3. Please keep in mind that no time limit has yet been established. Bihar

Due to the third wave of Corona, the Bihar government has ordered the closure of all schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Hostels will not be allowed to coexist with educational institutions. It has been put into effect right away. Previously, it was decided to open schools and colleges above the eighth grade with 50% capacity, but due to the increased risk of infection, the guidelines issued on Tuesday were changed on Thursday. This order will also be in effect until January 21, 2019.

Uttar Pradesh

Because of the increased cases of Corona, the Uttar Pradesh government has now issued an order to close all schools up to class ten until January 16, 2022. Previously, an order was issued to keep all schools in the state closed from January 6 to January 14. The 11th and 12th grades, on the other hand, will be taught online.

Chhattisgarh

Because of the third wave of Corona, the School Education Department in Chhattisgarh has decided not to hold classes from the first to the fifth grades. These classes will now be delivered online. Let us tell you that in the past, children in many districts of the state have become ill. The decision was made due to the risk of corona in children.

Tamil Nadu

School to remain closed due to coronavirus 

Schools in Tamil Nadu have declared holidays due to an increase in corona cases. The Tamil Nadu government has also ordered the closure of schools from grades 1 to 8 until January 10, 2022. According to the new restrictions imposed by the state governments, schools for grades 9 to 12 will run by following all the safety protocols.

Haryana

Offline classes in Haryana schools and colleges are likely to resume after January 12, 2022. However, it is likely that this resumption will be heavily influenced by the state's coronavirus situation.

Punjab

School to remain closed due to coronavirus 

In light of the rising number of coronavirus cases, the Punjab government has closed all schools and colleges except medical and nursing schools. The Punjab government has decided to provide a Rs 2000 internet allowance for online classes for students enrolled in the state's higher educational institutions.

Goa

Due to Corona, the Goa government has ordered that all schools and colleges be closed. All educational institutions in the state will be closed until January 26th, which is Republic Day.

Jharkhand

Schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions in Jharkhand will be closed until January 15 due to the Coronavirus and its new variant Omicron. Due to the increasing number of Corona cases, this decision was made at a meeting of the Jharkhand State Disaster Management Authority.

Rajasthan

In Rajasthan, the new year 2022 began with the fear of the third wave of the corona pandemic. With this in mind, schools and coaching classes from grades 1 to 8 in Rajasthan have been closed. Due to the threat of Corona, schools have been closed until January 17th.

Capital Delhi

Corona and Omicron cases are rapidly increasing in Delhi. Schools in Delhi have been closed due to the declaration of a winter vacation beginning on January 3rd. Keep in mind that no time limit has yet been established. Schools will remain closed until further notice.

Telangana

Telangana's schools and colleges will also be closed till January 8. All state educational institutions will be closed until January 16. This decision was made in light of the increasing number of Corona cases.

Odisha

The Odisha government has declared that all schools and colleges in the state will be closed. These rules will take effect on January 7th. All schools and colleges up to and including the 12th grade will be closed in the state until February 1. This decision was made in light of the rapid increase in corona cases in the state and across the country.
