Shivchandra Ram said, "Wearing (onion) garland, we will go to the assembly only then will the Chief Minister see it and we will tell how the price of onion is causing problems to the common man?"

80 rupees per kg onion in Patna
Significantly, the retail price of onion has reached Rs 80 per kg in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Shopkeepers say that earlier they used to sell 30-50 kg of onions in a day. Today it has become difficult to sell even 10 kg of onions. In the last three days, the price of onion has increased by 20 to 30 rupees. If onion traders agree, there is no possibility of onion prices coming down before December 15.
