Ayodhya case hearing adjourned after Justice UU Lalit recuses himself from hearing the matter, saying he doesn't want to be part of the bench. A new bench to be constituted for the Ayodhya-Ram Temple case. Supreme Court fixes January 29 as the next date of hearing.

Supreme Court registry will need to give a report on by when will all documents be translated and the case is ready for hearing, reported news agency ANI.

The three-member bench of the Supreme Court had on September 27 last year rejected the case with a majority of 2: 1 in the Supreme Court's 1994 decision that the remarks would not be sent to the five-member constitution bench for reconsideration. It was said that the mosque is not an integral part of Islam. The case was raised during the hearing on the Ayodhya Land dispute case.

Let us know that the Ayodhya case is in the court since 1950, but now the decision of the Constitution bench is in place after the formation of the hope. Law analysts say that this matter will be seen as a national issue rather than a simple land dispute. If this issue is linked to religion then its constitutional aspects may also be reviewed.
