NHRC Team Reaches Hospital to See the Dead Bodies of the Accused Killed in Hyderabad Encounter

The team of NHRC who arrived to investigate the Hyderabad encounter has reached the government hospital where the bodies of the four accused have been kept. In a petition filed against the Telangana encounter, the court has been asked to constitute the SIT and monitor it. At the same time, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) team has reached Hyderabad to visit the encounter site.

A petition has been filed today in the Supreme Court against the Telangana encounter, demanding an FIR and investigation against the policemen, while the brother of the Unnao rape victim has demanded justice for his sister. He said that the five accused deserve death nothing less. Expressing grief over the death of the Unnao rape victim, CM Yogi has said that all the accused have been arrested and the case will be taken to a fast-track court. The five accused in the Unnao rape case were taken from the court to jail last night. The accused have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Unnao rape victim died during treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi yesterday.
