Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has said that the BJP wants to demolish the government. They have released two audio clips, which allegedly are trying to woo state BJP president BS Yeddyurappa JDS MLA Nagan Gowda. Kumaraswamy has also claimed that this is happening with the consent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But Yeddyurappa has described the audio clip as fake.

Kumaraswamy released the clip in a press conference called hastily before the budget was presented in the assembly. The Chief Minister claimed that Yeddyurappa had talked with Sharan Gowda, son of Nagesh Gouda, early on Friday. He tried to entice Sharan's father.

Kumaraswamy questioned, "It is possible to do so without the consent of the prime minister." This is not the first time that JDS and its allies Congress have accused the BJP of trying to demolish the government. Both the parties have been accusing the BJP of trying to drop a nine-month-old government. They say that the BJP is giving lacuna to the party MLAs for giving money and ministers.
