Earthquake: Strong Earthquake Tremors in Assam and Guwahati, No Loss of Life and Property

Earthquake tremors have been felt in Assam and Guwahati at around 1 pm on Saturday. The National Center for Seismology has confirmed the earthquake. According to the National Center for Seismology, the magnitude of the earthquake was 4.1 on the Richter scale. However, there was no loss of life or property during this period. People came out of their homes after the earthquake.

According to the information, tremors of strong earthquakes were felt in Assam and Guwahati at around 1 pm when people were busy with their work. Fans and doors installed in the houses were seen shaking. People came out of their homes as soon as they got the news of the earthquake. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.1 on the Richter scale.

No major damage has been recorded 

According to the information so far, no major damage has been recorded due to the earthquake. An alert has been issued by the state government to the local administration and has been asked to inform about any damage.
