PS Malhotra of DCP (IFSO) said that Neeraj Bishnoi from Assam is the main conspirator and creator of Bulli Bai on GitHub, along with the main Twitter account holder of the app. PS Malhotra said that the accused is being brought to Delhi.

Bulli Bai App came into limelight on the complaint of woman journalist
