With the help of some BJP leaders after the note-offs, old notes were changed with the commission. Senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal released a video on Tuesday, in which some people have been claiming that after the ban, few notes were made in lieu of commission with the help of some BJP leaders. According to Kapil Sibal, these people commissioned 15 to 40 percent of the commission to change the notes during the note-taking. Although the authenticity of this video is not confirmed, the video has been shown to replace old notes with a new note. Some people are ready to change notes instead of commission.

Sibal claimed, "The officers of all departments were involved in this team and it was led by Amit Shah. He said that three series of Rs. 1 lakh crores printed in duplicate and how these currency notes printed abroad were brought to the Air Force Transport Plane at Hindon Air Force Base. From here on 35 to 40 percent commission money was sent to the Reserve Bank.

However, they did not authenticate the video shown. They said that they are in the public domain and the concerned agencies should start investigating. Sibal said that the EC is not acting on their complaints.

Sibal said, 'It seems that they have' captured 'all the government agencies. When the agency and the government come to a stage, democracy cannot be restored. Today is the same situation. The abuse of agencies is being done to target the opposition.
