Most of the people go to the restaurant to eat it. But, let us tell you that it is as easy to make as it tastes to eat. So you know it's an easy recipe and definitely try it at home. So let's know the easy recipe of Veg Manchurian-

These things are needed to make Veg Manchurian-

Cabbage – 2 cups (grated)
Capsicum-2 (finely chopped)
Medium size Onion-2 (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Corn Flour – 4 tbsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Tomato Chili Sauce – 3 tbsp
oil for frying
salt to taste
Water – 1/2 cup
soy sauce – 2 tsp

Method to make Veg Manchurian-

• To make Veg Manchurian, first, wash and grate the cabbage.
• Now take a bowl and add cabbage, all-purpose flour, salt, cornflour, red chili powder, and make a dough.
• Now take oil in a pan and fry these balls.
• Then heat oil in another pan and fry chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, and a pinch of salt in it.
• Then add soya sauce and tomato chili sauce to it.
• Now put the cabbage balls in it and mix them.
• Add your Veg Manchurian.
