Truth- Many people who use insulin complain that they have gained a little weight. You should know that the job of insulin is to help the body use food more effectively. Therefore, people suffering from diabetes should eat food accordingly so that too much weight can be avoided.

Myth – Insulin injections hurt

Truth- Many diabetics are afraid of getting insulin injections. However, the insulin injections used by diabetics these days are painless. The best way to overcome the fear of getting injections is to encourage patients to give injections themselves.
