Akash Singh

Once you reach the age of 40, the risk of cholesterol or heart disease increases. These diseases grip the body with increasing age. But if you take care of some things at a young age, you can lead a healthy life even in old age. If we do something that the body does not accept easily, then that thing hurts us somewhere. The same goes with cholesterol. Cholesterol is produced in our liver. But by eating mostly high cholesterol food, its quantity starts increasing in the body. Whenever we eat something our intestines consume cholesterol. While excess cholesterol begins to accumulate. This extra cholesterol starts accumulating in our veins and obstructs the blood flow.

Whenever our body needs cholesterol, the liver removes it and the body fulfills its needs. But whatever excess cholesterol is stored in our body becomes harmful for the body. In medical parlance, this cholesterol is called LDL. LDL obstructs the blood flow of our body, which affects the heart and mind. LDL can also be fatal. There are no symptoms of high cholesterol that can be easily understood. Suddenly it is known as a disease. The amount of cholesterol is checked through blood tests. For this reason, complete body checkup should be done once a year after the age of 25 years.

To avoid this disease, you should stop eating the things that you like. You can eat everything by keeping a little control, along with physical activity like walking in the morning, exercising, doing yoga etc. you can keep yourself perfectly fit.
