Most of the government schemes in the country have been linked with Aadhaar. To take advantage of these facilities, whenever you use your Aadhaar number for the verification process, an OTP is sent to your mobile number for the same.

This OTP is sent to your registered email id only. In such a situation, if your mobile number has changed, then this OTP will come on your old number only. And then you will not be able to complete the OTP process. This may give you trouble.
