The Supreme Court has severely reprimanded both the Center and the Delhi government over pollution in the capital. Taking cognizance of the water pollution case, the court said that the condition of capital Delhi is worse than hell. Appearing extremely angry, the court even said that it is better to beat everyone with ammo at the same time. BSI had declared Delhi to be a laggard after testing water samples of 21 cities of the country. After this report, the Central and State Governments were cold.

' Taking cognizance of the water pollution case, the court has said that both the Center and the state should check whether Delhi's water is potable and then all the figures should be presented before the court.

'Delhi's condition worse than hell'
Justice Arun Mishra said, 'The condition of Delhi is worse than hell. How much do you think someone's life is worth? How much do you want people to charge? You do not have the right to be in the chair of Delhi. Life in India is not so cheap. You have to pay for it.

'Keep mutual differences apart, make a plan to remove pollution'
The Chief Secretary of Delhi told the court, "The administration is in trouble due to the Delhi government and the center being two power centers." The court said that the differences should be kept separate and together make a plan to remove pollution. The court said that within 10 days, the plan to put an air purifier in the city should be presented to the court.

The top court asked for reports on factories
On pollution, the Supreme Court has asked the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) to file a report on the factories operating in Delhi, which will detail its side effects. A bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra has asked the CPCB to report on the factories in Delhi.
